When the weight of the world is heavy,

Walk lightly with your feet.

When a stranger becomes your lover,

Be kind, and don't retreat.

When past bygones, pull you gently by the wrist,

Smile and give a wave.

Let yourself gently resist.

When your triggers and pain,

Heartache and uncertainty - knock lightly on the door,

Invite them in,

Offer tea - and then give a little more.

To be kind,

To make peace,

When we know the world aches.

To be soft,

To be loving,

To be giving in spaces where we could take.

To lean into curiosity,

Wonder,

And ease. To softly loosen your hold on control, Certainty and fear To feel the wind, To spread your arms, To become one with the breeze. All of these things are empty of guarantee, But if one thing is for certain - it is that they will completely Set You Free. Breathe deep, Let go, Lean into sweet release. And remember: We all carry the bags, But we also carry The Peace.
